Please reach us at events@the livery.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
If you cancel more than 90 days before your event date, you will receive a refund of your payments minus $250.00
Cancellations made less than 90 days before the event are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, a rescheduling fee of up to $350.00 may apply. We will always do our best to work with you on available dates.
Payment Schedule:
A $500 deposit is due at the time of booking.
A second $500 payment is due halfway to your event date.
Your final balance is due one month before your event.
If you need to break payments into smaller installments, we’re happy to discuss flexible options.
Yes, alcohol is allowed in our event space. However, we require a licensed bartender to serve alcohol and follow all state and local laws.
You are welcome to use your own vendors.
While we encourage clients to consider our preferred vendor list, it is not mandatory.
Your rental includes up to 12 hours of access, which covers set-up, event time, break-down, and clean-up.
Special Events Insurance required
Insurance Requirement
To ensure a safe and successful event, all clients are required to provide a Special Event Insurance policy or insurance rider for their event.
This coverage protects YOU. While our venue carries its own insurance, it does not extend to your event, guests, or vendors. In many cases, your homeowner’s insurance may be able to add the event as a rider—simply contact your provider to check. If not, you will need to purchase a Special Event Insurance policy.
